Lemons and Liver

Each and every food you eat is cationic, however there is one exception: the lemon which is anionic.

This is where the liver comes in as it produces huge amounts of bile, which is also anionic, to aid in the digestion of the food. Adding lemons to the diet means the liver doesn’t need to work as hard to produce the bile needed for digestion, therefore it can rest and repair instead.

If you want a new liver 90 days from now, what you need to do, is to drink one full cup of undiluted freshly squeezed lemon juice, every single day. And eat any of the yellow foods you can find, whether its yellow apples, or yellow squash or yellow capsicum etc…

Liver FAQ's - what would I do?

Q: I want to try and reduce the liver lesions, which continue to keep on growing?

A: Every organ goes into mitosis or cellular division in order to regenerate and replace itself. Like, most of the bones in the body totally replace themselves every two years. The liver, on the other hand, regenerates and replaces itself with a completely new cellular construct every 90 days.

Q: Do you have to drink the cup of lemon juice all in on go?

A: No, you can sip it throughout the day, add it to water or other fresh pressed juices. The benefit comes from getting about a cup of lemon juice into the body every day for 90 days.

Q: What would be the best way to cleanse one’s liver?

A: By doing a liver / gall bladder flush. You mix 1 litre of grapefruit juice with 1 cup of olive oil. Shake them together into solution and drink just before going to bed. In the morning typically you will find gall stones and bile that have been flushed out.

Q: Does lemon juice and lime juice have the same beneficial properties for the liver?

A: No, limes target the lymphatic system to flush it out, not the liver.
