Free Australia-wide standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $250 or more.

Eligible Australian orders under $250 are charged a $10 flat standard-shipping rate. Express shipping and international shipping are calculated at checkout. Large, heavy or excluded products may have a different rate where this is shown on the product page or at checkout.

In-stock orders are generally dispatched within one business day. You will receive tracking by email after dispatch. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and destination.

Australia Post will leave your parcel somewhere safe if no one is present to accept the delivery. If there’s no safe place to leave, Australia Post will leave a card as they normally would so you can pick up at the post office. If you are not going to be home, we recommend that you provide your work address for delivery.

Our other couriers will leave your parcel somewhere safe and may take a photo as proof that it was delivered safely to your location. Our couriers do not require a signature to leave your order.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery. We cannot be held responsible if an Authority to Leave is given and the parcel goes missing after its delivery.

We do ship Internationally.
Our website will calculate the shipping cost once you add your items to the cart and put in your delivery details.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving an eligible item. Products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and suitable for resale unless the item is faulty, damaged or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For health and hygiene reasons, a water-filtration product cannot be returned under the change-of-mind policy after water has passed through it. Opened food, supplements and certain personal-care products are also excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and can vary by device, order value and customer location. Options may include major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Zip and direct deposit where available.

All storefront prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. International duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
