Overview
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Campbellfield, Victoria, Australia. Orders placed while items are in stock are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you by phone or email.

Our preferred carrier for Australian deliveries is Australia Post. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch:
- Metro areas (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA): 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 4–8 business days
- Remote areas (NT, rural WA/QLD): 7–14 business days
- Express Post: 1–3 business days (most metro areas next business day)
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via Australia Post to the following destinations and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for applicable fees before placing your order.
All international orders are declared at full value as required by law. We are unable to mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track or via the Australia Post app.
Delivery Instructions
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. If you are not available to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery. You may request Authority to Leave (ATL) in the delivery notes at checkout — please note that parcels left unattended are at your own risk.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@alkalineworld.com.au with your order number and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.

I also noticed you switched the Privacy Policy to Shopify's automated policy — that's actually a great choice as it stays automatically up to date as laws change. Just note that the automated version won't include the specific third-party app mentions (Klaviyo, TikTok, Judge.me, Appstle) we discussed, so you may want to add a supplementary section for those at some point.
