Three-stage filtration – Sediment, Fluoride and Aragon Filters

►Stage 1: Sediment Filter

• The Polyspun Sediment filter will remove any sediments from the water which is a prime requirement for the 2^nd and 3^rd stage filter to work efficiently. This plays a vital role if you are using rainwater or water supplied by the city water corporation.

►Stage 2: Fluoride Filter

• This Omnipure Fluoride removal cartridge is made from special minerals, rubies, and sapphires (corundum) in crystalline form. Selective adsorption removes Fluoride ions by binding to the special mineral oxidized surface. This highly porous media has a large surface area of 200 square meters per gram resulting in up to 97% of Fluoride removal from the water. This plays a vital role if you are using water containing high Fluoride content.

  NOTE:The fluoride filter has to be pre-flushed by itself as it can release fine particles that can block the 3rd stage filter.
