Things you can do that raise your vibration

  1. Smile - make it a habit
  2. Laugh - belly laugh, find anything to make you laugh, cartoons, comedy club, old movies
  3. Change your posture - shoulder back, head up, stand tall, breath deep
  4. Read books - cause you to use your imagination
  5. Attend live events - being physically in the room with passionate successful people expands your energy vibration
  6. Hug people - create energy between people
  7. T.A.G - practice Thankfulness, Appreciation and Gratitude.
    1. Before you go to bed and first thing in the morning
    2. Unhappy people are always bitching, whining and complaining and they get more things to bitch, whine and complain about
    3. Happy people are always thankful and they keep getting more things to be thankful about
  8. Listen to pleasing music - what feels good to you can raise your vibration instantly
  9. Do an enjoyable activity that’s physical – ie.biking, hiking, yoga, stretching to open up energy channels and release blockages
  10. Find your Passion - when you are living your passion (doing what you love) it sets every cell in your body energetically on fire
  11. Take any kind of class you are interested in - ie. cooking, language, piano
  12. Do something with your hands – ie. pottery, painting, gardening especially things your eat
  13. Sing - feel the energy of expression
  14. Play games with other people - poker, cards, charades (not video games as they lower your vibration)
  15. Play with a child or a pet - they add energy to you
  16. Eat mostly wholefoods – fruits, nuts, seeds and veggies
  17. Juice Fasting – do a 7 or 10 day juice fast
  18. Improve your Health using:
    1. Chiropractic adjustments
    2. Energetic healing
    3. Massage - shiatsu, Thai, deep tissue
    4. Meditation
    5. Deep breathing - 5 to 10 mins daily
    6. Get 8 hours of sleep - ideally 10pm to 6am for full rejuvenation
