FAQ's for Consuming Qenda Ultimate Fibre and Everyday Fibre
How do you consume Qenda Ultimate Fibre?
I would highly recommend replacing tap water with healthy water, eg; Saka Water or well-filtered water as tap water is chlorinated, fluoridated and has many other questionable contaminants.
Have on empty stomach 10-30 mins before a meal, ideally breakfast
Day 1: Add 400ml of water into a protein shaker bottle, add one scoop of Qenda on top, shake it well, and drink whole. Add a some more water to get the remainder of the product out the shaker (another 300-400ml is ideal) and drink whole.
(Some people don’t mind the taste, some people do... I always take a deep breath, breath out and drink it in one)
Day 2-7: Add 2 scoops of Qenda to 400ml of bottled or well-filtered water before breakfast.
Week 2-9: Have 2 scoops in the morning, and 2 before your evening meal. Both need to be 10-30 minutes prior to eating or on an empty stomach (you can continue this for 1-8 weeks until healthy digestion and elimination is achieved which is 2-3 bowel movements a day).
Last month: Use your last tub, 2 scoops in the morning on an empty stomach most days, missing a few to make it last a month. This is a gradual tapering off effect.
What is the serving size?
The recommended serving size is 20g which is two level scoops.
The scoops equate to 10g and are provided with each pack and will be in the powder within the tub.
Can I have one scoop serving rather than a two-scoop serving?
No, If you are above 40kg 2 scoops (20g) is the serving size.
I must add, it is the 2 scoop 20g serving size that is crucial, many people have tried reducing the dose to one scoop twice a day at different times... THIS DOES NOT WORK, and can even have an undesired effect...
The 2 scoop 20g serving size is the perfect balance
Do people have to have 2 scoops twice a day?
Yes, it is a two-scoop (20g) serving size for all adults over 40kg.
Twice a day is where people see the fastest results.
But, yes, you can still benefit from just 2 scoops once a day, it will just take 2x longer and your healing may then take longer than 3 months.
If taken once a day, 2 scoops in the morning on an empty stomach is best, this way, the amazing herbs and Fibre is the first thing to reach your digestive system.
What is the serving size for Children and adults under 40kg?
Generally 1 scoop but for younger children please contact me
What is the difference between Ultimate Fibre and Everyday Fibre?
Qenda Ultimate Fibre 500g:
Qenda's flagship product and is the recommeneded for everybody to get started with, a unique blend of 30 herbs which have been specifically formulated with perfect gut health in mind. I would advise people consuming this for 3/4 months until digestion is normalised, 2-3 healthy-looking bowel movements a day can be consumed daily or as whenever you feel like you want a daily treat of goodness
Qenda Everyday Fibre 450g:
Has 22 high-quality ingredients similar to the Ultimate Fibre Cheaper Retail price with smaller 15g serving size. One 450g tub lasts 30 days with 15g serving size. This can be consumed daily after your 3-4 months on the Ultimate Fibre or whenever you feel like you want a daily treat of goodness
Do you believe that everyone has parasites/worms?
Yes, at least the vast majority of us. We ‘worm our cats, our dogs, our cattle our children and then when we get older we think we seem to think we are immune to them. This is not the case.
How can we get parasites worms without going to a 3rd world country?
Parasite exposure can come from:
-walking barefoot outside
-unwashed fruits and vegetables
-poor hand hygiene
-handling raw fish or meat
-eating raw fish or meat etc.
After a 3 month cleanse can you change to a normal diet and stop using Qenda?
Due to the parasites egg cycle of 6-7 weeks, it is advised to consume the formulation for 3-4 months. This is usually 6-7 tubs.
Ideally, you want to continue with the Qenda Ultimate Fibre until you stop seeing all the impurities exiting the body. Followed by one more tub which you would take on most days.
I recommend a 'maintenance' dose of Qenda Ultimate Fibre or Qenda Everyday Fibre when required as you cannot always get clean nutrition from your food. Also, it prevents you from absorbing any toxins.
Yes, you are able to return to a normal diet after the cleanse.
Can you continue to consume the Qenda Ultimate Fibre after 4 months?
Yes, the Qenda Ultimate fibre is a food, I still use the formulation as a maintenance dose on those days when I am travelling and I know I am not going to be eating ‘clean food’. It can also be used as an amazing source of Fibre and goodness for those that need a little help with there diets. I know a lot of people that like to keep a tub handy for days when they feel like they need a digestive or nutritious ‘boost’.
When doing the cleanse do you recommend a certain diet, is there anything I would recommend avoiding?
I advise on having a more vegetable-based diet, which is as organic and natural as possible. I also advise to keep away from the non-organic vegetables and fruits in "the dirty dozen", and to stick to the "clean 15" when you eat non-organic foods.
I advise to try avoid grain in every meal as it really helps take the strain off the digestive system (potatoes and sweet potatoes are a good way of replacing grain).
Also, I advise keeping away from pork, as it is full of parasites and toxins.
Try to keep to foods that are in the natural state, and have not been processed, as well as, keeping processed sugar down to a minimum.
I would try to minimise sugars, they lower the immune function, mess up the biome, feed candida and parasites and are very acidic. Importantly, sugar is sugar; so no matter how healthy your sugar is advertised, it still has the same effects as sugar, for example coconut sugar, raw sugar, demura sugar, etc.
Lastly, I advise to keep away from tap water. I recommend Saka Natural Alkaline Water or the Aquarius Water System.
What are “the dirty dozen” and “clean 15” and why are they so important?
The Dirty Dozen is a list of the 12 fruits and vegetables that contain the highest concentrations of pesticides, which the EWG recommends buying organic.
The Clean Fifteen is a list of 15 fruits and vegetables that contain the fewest concentrations of pesticides, which the EWG believes are the safest foods to buy conventionally.
The Dirty Dozen (non-organic foods to avoid/high toxicity):
The Clean Fifteen (non-organic foods with the lowest toxicity levels:
- Sweet corn
- Frozen sweet peas
- Honeydew melons
1 week on, what should you expect now?
Everyone’s body is different and in turn, reacts differently. A lot of people are feeling the benefits of their elimination pathways working properly and extra nutrition by now and hopefully, you will have noticed some mild detoxification symptoms by now.
You might also notice that you are reacting a lot less to some foods that may have previously been causing you a problem. It is a very broad answer as everyone is different and their bodies heal and work in different ways.
Is it beneficial for ‘healthy’ people as well as people with autoimmune conditions/digestive problems?
Many ‘healthy’ people would benefit massively from removing the impurities that accumulate over the years as the body cannot naturally expel these without the right herbs. Heavy metals, parasites (worms), candida, bacterial and fungal overgrowths, toxins and virus accumulate in the body such as the intestines, liver, kidneys, lymphatic system. So in knowing all this, can you see how even ‘healthy people’ would benefit from removing this build-up?
On the nutrition side it is also very favourable as it is made from 100% certified organic herbs, all of which have been sourced when they are fully mature and in season. Any herbs used are in their raw natural untreated form, so it is an energy that the body recognises and the body responds to it well. Also by giving the body all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, fibre and apoptogenic herbs it requires, it is able to self-heal and thrive.
It feels like it’s getting worse, is this normal?
Yes. Healing is not linear and a lot of practitioners actually celebrate these symptoms as it shows the food is having an effect. If you are feeling pain, that is your body cleansing. A lot of times believe the pain is trapped wind caused by detoxification this can be overgrowths like yeasts, bacteria’s, fungus or moulds in the small intestines. This common reaction known as detoxification is further explained below...
What are the signs and symptoms of Detoxification that I may experience?
It is normal to experience some side effects while detoxing. Typically, the more toxins there are in your body to expel, the more side effects you can expect to experience. When you offer your body nutritious foods, supplements and digestive aids to help your organs push out waste, your body goes into minor shock. It has adapted to a certain level of toxicity and when those toxins are removed, the body tends to resist.
Rest assured that experiencing symptoms is a good sign. Your detoxification program is working. Your body working hard to rid itself of impurities, toxins, parasites and any imbalances and to heal itself from the inside out. Much like having a fever is a sign of your body fighting infection, you may experience some of the following symptoms as your body works to establish a new level of well-being. www.drnuzum.com/
My friend recommended the Qenda Ulitimate Fibre for losing weight, can I use it for this?
I have heard and seen many people benefit from losing those unwanted pounds. This can happen for a few reasons, firstly, the are removing the intestinal plaque and waste that has built up over the years of slow digestion, when this is removed the person is lighter and feels lighter.
But, the main reason why people struggle with losing weight is inflammation,- particularly from an exposure to a toxin laden environment, consumption of heated and rancid vegetable oils, a stressful lifestyle, and sleep deprivation- can make fat cells resistant to dying.
What is intestinal plaque and bio film?
Biofilm also known as intestinal plaque and black rope is a build-up of impacted faeces and waste in the small and large intestines.
This can have accumulated over years of slow bowels it is very common in the west due to our westernised diet and lack of plant-based fibre.
Will the Qenda ultimate fibre help remove the intestinal plaque also known as biofilm?
I have heard many great reviews and testimonials from my clients about the removal of the biofilm they say they feel much lighter once it is removed it is not a painful process and it is excreted into the toilet during a normal bowel movement.
What is a healthy diet?
Healthy diet is one that consists of mainly organic foods. It is absolutely fine to eat non-organic foods but just be aware and minimise intake of the foods listed in the dirty dozen. The dirty dozen is a survey which is done every year which lists the 12 foods which have the highest concentrations of pesticides so by avoiding these you do have a lot cleaner diet.
Generally healthy diet is one third fats one third protein and one third healthy carbohydrates including plant-based foods and fibrous vegetables.
Healthy fats are foods like avocados lagoons olive oil coconut oil etc.
Can Qenda Ultimate Fibre be this be taken with a stoma, will there be any benefits?
Yes, even with a stoma you will still feel the benefits of consuming the clean organic herbs and fibre in Qenda Ultimate Fibre.
As the Qenda Ultimate Fibre is a food and consumed when it is mixed in water so it gets to reach the whole of the digestive system.
Does Chocolate/Wildberry Ultimate Fibre work in the same way as the original?
Yes. Chocolate/Wildberry Ultimate Fibre is just as beneficial as the original.
What is Thaumatin?
Thaumatin acts as a flavour enhancer and sweetener, it is a natural product extracted from the husks of katemfe fruit’s seeds, growing in the Thaumatococcus daniellii bush, in West Africa.
The fruit contains 1-3 black seeds surrounded by a gel and capped with a membranous sac, the aril, which contains the sweet material.
Thaumatin is 2000 times sweeter than sugar so there is only a very small amount in the formulation
Will it help with Cysts?
I have personally heard of great results with people with cysts. I firmly believe cysts are due to an overload of toxicity within the body, whilst has been confirmed by the numerous people I have seen recover from cysts. Basically, when the body has an imbalance (toxicity), the body creates inflammation to protect itself, when this does not work, it creates scarring…
How long will the 1st and 2nd tub of Ultimate Fibre last?
Qenda Ultimate Fibre is 500g one “two scoop serving” is 20g so this equates to 25 servings in a tub. The scoop is included The protocol is advised for 3 months to cleanse the whole body of parasites, toxins, heavy metals, fungal overgrowths, candida etc. This is because it takes that long to remove the parasites which are take time to remove and which have eggs that can take up to six weeks to hatch. 3 months works out as 6 tubs and I would advise four months’ worth which is 7 tubs for people with chronic toxicity and autoimmune conditions. Even with the 1st tub you will feel it working and the benefits.
1st Tub: In the first week you will be consuming 130g in total, which will leave 370g. The remaining 370g will last 9.25 days. All together, the 1st tub will last 16.25 days. If you choose to just have 2 scoops I the morning the 1 tub will last 25 days, so it all depends on budget and priorities.
2nd Tub: The second tub will last 12.5 days as you will be consuming 2 scoops a day.
TOTAL - In total, both tubs will last 28.75 days so that is one months worth.
