Best taken before meals. Drink plenty of water while on the detox. If excessive detoxification symptoms occur, reduce dose amount or frequency.
Recommended adult dosage:10 mL x 3 times per day, in a glass of water or juice followed with a second glass of water.
Alternative dosage:15 mL x 2 times per day. May be used for short-term use over a few days to give temporary relief.
Adults only. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant and while breastfeeding. This product containsSenna alexandrinaand may have a laxative effect. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. Drink plenty of water. If fluid retention persists, seek medical advice.
