This is a top quality product for a reasonable price. If you look at my photos, you can tell that the consistency is a bit woody. However, I would prefer to be able to grind the product myself so I can choose how finely ground it ends up being.
Siberian ginseng is said to have many health benefits. I read a report done by Mount Sinai that is reputable, so you may wish to do your own research. I drink ginseng to help with memory and focus.
I also drink ginseng tea because it tastes delicious. My wife and I agree that we find it to be earthy in a good way. We really like tea prepared from this product. We personally would probably drink two cups a day at most. This package will last us for quite a while.
Overall, this is a solid product. I compared this ginseng to similar products here on Amazon, and the price is on point for quality of this caliber. Whether you’ve used Siberian ginseng for years or if you are looking for an entry point to try it, this is a good option.

I've used this is "cheater" K-Cups and a brewed filtered extract of it in smoothies. I don't want to ingest the root directly, but the benefits can be extracted. I put in a filtered K-Cup adapter with some packets of Red Rooibos African herb tea and can make either a hot drink or a cold brew. That tea will take a full boil so it's easy to use with anything. I routinely add peach juice, but its good on its own as well. I find that Ginseng gives you a good boost, to mood and energy without the jitters of caffeine. I get caffeine from coffee but try to limit my intake. The herb tea I mentioned, and others don't contain caffeine, so it benefits from the boost from the Ginseng root. You get quite a lot and can use in fruit and veggie smoothies. I don't think it's harmful to consume the root directly, but I prefer to extract the essences. Recommended.

Plenty of dried material for making a ginseng root tea for under $30. The bag has a lot number and expiration date-very good!
The website for the supplier indicates no GMOs, no pesticides, no additives, no preservatives, no artificial colors, no flavors and no gluten. All excellent claims for a natural product. The website also has claims for their GMP-certified facility and FDA-registered facility which are both excellent and provide the consumer some confidence in the quality of the product.
After brewing a mug, I found the tea to be of mild flavor and strength, not overwhelming, and suitable as a “nightcap” prior to retiring for the evening.

Eleuthero is a natural adaptogen helpful for stress and colds & flu, and may help improve stamina and mental alertness. This comes in a powder form which more looks like finely cut little slivers. I use a fine strainer to steep a teaspoon of this in a cup of boiling water for 15 minutes, and drink the infused tea 1-2 times a day. It can also be mixed into your smoothie.
This comes packaged in a resealable bag. The quality seems good and the content looks clean. For what it's worth, mine has a best before date of 2/2024. Product of Russia. Overall, this is an all-natural Eleuthero powder. It is easy to use and has great health benefits. Good stuff.
