– Mr. Donald Kidd, 65yrs

Ingredients: 100 % Organic castor seed oil.

Description: Castor Oil (Ricinus communis), used since Egyptian times as a folk remedy for a wide variety of ailments. Nature’s Shield castor oil is certified organic and sustainable and is cold-press extracted, for preservation of its natural qualities.

This product is free of Hexane.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

If you suffer pain or constipation castor oil is an effective lubricant and laxative. It oils joints, clears the colon, softens growths and soothes inflamed skin. Nature’s Shieldcold pressed castor seeds yield superior quality oil. They contain high doses of ricinoleic acid and a steroid precursor which heals ligaments.

Try this traditional remedy for constipation, cramps, period pain, fibroids, RSI, arthritis, dermatitis and tendonitis. It can be applied on skin, hair, nails and joints to heal dermatitis, cracks, degeneration and inflammation. A very light coat on your eyebrows and hair acts as a glossy serum and promotes hair growth.

For constipation the dosage recommended by the WHO is 0.7 mg/kg body weight or around 1Tbs for adults and 1 tsp for children. Another popular application is as a pack. Dip a tea towel in 100mls of oil and place over the affected area. Try the abdomen for constipation, uterus for period pain or fibroids, ovaries for cysts and joints for pain. Cover with glad wrap and place a hot water bottle then a towel over the area to increase absorption. Leave on for 30 minutes then rinse off. Repeat for four consecutive days for optimal effect.

Contraindications – If you suffer irritable bowel syndrome, ulcers, diverticulitis, hemorrhoids, colitis or prolapses please seek the advise of your health professional before using. Try a skin patch test prior to applying.
