Candida Cleansing program - 3 weeks
- Eat only Raw Foods for 3 straight weeks include fermented food, fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds
- Wholefoods that are FERMENTED include:
- organic, unsweetened Coconut Yogurt with no gelatin
- kefir
- sauerkraut
- kimchi
- miso and tempeh
- pickles
- Also, make sure to include high acid fruits such as lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruits
- Juicing is a great way to get more raw food into your day
- Included plenty of good nature made salt like Celtic sea salt or Himalayan rock salt
- Include raw onion and garlic (can also use in a juice)
- Take 1 tsp of Organic Apple Cider vinegar with 1 tsp of raw organic honey 2 or 3 x daily in 200ml of pure water
- Drink plenty of pure water especially Saka water as it is clean and natural
