DIRECTIONS:
Black Seed Oil can be taken orally as well applied topically to the skin and scalp.
Adults: 2.5ml (½ teaspoon) twice a day after food. Can be mixed with a hot or cold drink.
Children 3-12 years: half adult dose (1.25ml) twice a day.
