Apple Cider Vinegar Uses
I use Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar whenever I feel my digestion needs some assistance. I take 1-2 tsp in water with raw organic honey. Here are some other great uses:
Fruit & Veg Wash
Mix ACV in warm water in your sink to wash chemical residue from fruits and veggies
ACV is a powerful, healing home remedy for allergies. It has a number of reported uses including a complete relief of pollen, food and pet allergies and can also be used for sinus infections.
ACV breaks down fat and is widely used to lose weight.
A daily dose of ACV in water has soaring blood pressure under control in two weeks!
ACV helps your body to rid itself of poisons and gets your system back in balance.
Mix 2tsp of vinegar and 1 tsp of raw organic honey in a glass of hot or cold water.
Sip one tablespoon of ACV, mixed with a glass of water, while eating a meal. Do not drink any other liquids with meals.
A cold-water bath, with a cup of apple cider vinegar added, is great for itching.
2-3 Berries (ripe) 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Mash the berries and apple cider vinegar and set aside overnight.
Strain and pour into a spray bottle. Mist the face and neck. The acid will help cleanse and tighten pores.
