There is more to air then nothing!

1. Electrify it...!

When air moves, it’s alive. If it sits still too long, it dies.
It's the electrical force that air carries that allows you to breathe and stay alive.
Science has proven that if air moves 5 meters, it becomes more electrified. To avoid many kinds of congestive lung and sinus problems, simply open up the doors and windows to your house for 10-20 minutes each day, regardless of how hot or cold it is outside.
When you go to sleep at night, if you would just crack the window a little bit – and if you get cold, put on some jammies, put on another blankie – that seven, eight, nine, ten hours of sleep that you get in that room will help you to avoid congestive sinus and lung conditions that you may develop in the wintertime.
If you’re driving in the car and it’s wintertime, crack the window. Turn the heat up. You’re not running up the heat bill. Let the air circulate.

2. Fan it...!

Ceiling fans are awesome!
Using a ceiling fan (or even a desk fan) is an extremely effective way of cleaning the air. It works by moving the air, which gets it to rub against itself, creating an electric charge. This has the dual effect of moving the toxins in the air so they can be blown out the window, as well as creating a positive charge on the fan blades.
Have you ever wondered how a moving fan blade can have dust stick to it- of all the places in the room, this is the last place you'd expect it, isn't it? Well, dust is negatively charged and due to the movement of air, the blades become positively charged; so like a magnet, the dust gets stuck to it.

3. Clean it...!

One of the best ways to purify and electrify your air is to have plants in your home and office. In this day and age, we live in an environment full of airborne toxins. These seep out of almost everything we buy or experience such as new furniture, carpets, computers, paint, smoke, cars and more.
It has been shown that common toxins such as Benzene and Trichloroethylene cause respiratory and psychological disturbances, liver and kidney damage, asthma and diseases to the blood and lymphatic systems. One of the simplest things you can do to protect yourself from these is breathing clean, electrified air effectively and regularly.

4. Deep breath it...!

One of the most important secrets to better health is something you are doing right now: Breathing!
But are you breathing effectively/healthfully?

Most people take breaths that are too shallow and quick, by doing this your telling your mind that more oxygen is needed throughout your body. Your body now perceives this as a problem increasing your levels of stress, blood pressure, heart rate.

Effective breathing regenerates the cells and tissues and teaches your system how to relax properly.
When you find you self stressed take a 2  minute break and focus only on breathing. This can be in traffic at a red light, sitting at an office desk when nothing seems to be going right, or if the family seems to be getting on your nerves. By taking the 2 minutes you would be surprise the difference it can have.

5. Use it...!

Most people don't realize that oxygen from air is one of the primary catalysts for energy and optimal health in the human body.
Dr. Otto Warburg, 1931 Nobel prize winner, discovered a close connection between oxygen and cancer.
His studies showed that the primary cause of cancer is directly related to oxygen-deprived cells. In fact, he found that cancer cells are anaerobic and actually thrive in an oxygen-deficient environment.
In addition, healthy cells in the body are aerobic, meaning they require adequate levels of oxygen for cellular respiration and growth.
When cells are deprived of oxygen for any reason, decay sets in and cells can mutate or die.

Here are 4 ways to restore oxygen balance in the body

  • Eat an Alkaline diet
  • Drink plenty of fresh water
  • Deep Breathing
  • Walking
